LAVIDA PLUS LUXURY Apartment Building

The project consits of many highrise towers with a lot of functions, which requires a suitable solution for increasing greenery while maintaining the convinience of this luxurious residence. The design team suggestes landscape strips that embrace the functional areas (playground, swimming pool, parking lots…) to bring a ‘full’ feeling to the whole design. The soft curves combined with small-size materials and many color tones also help to communicate the main concept which is streams – the familiar scenery of this land in Nha Be District.
