The requirements are to diversify the spaces and have more activities to attract people. The design must integrate the traffic space and the buildings into the whole landscape. Details lie in the continuity, convinience and the impressiveness of special spatial cores. All helps to enhance the view toward the sea. The landscapes are suitable for each spaces, adding services, lightings and sculptures to attract visitors here for the most relaxing and comfortable experience.
